Dr. Alexander Nguyen specializes in the treatment of sports-related injuries and advanced arthroscopic procedures. He also provides treatment for general orthopaedic conditions and trauma.

Dr. Nguyen has authored various articles and presented at national conferences in the field of orthopaedics. During his fellowship at the acclaimed Lenox Hill Hospital, he helped care for the New York Jets, New York Islanders, Manhattanville College and local high schools. There he received specialty training in minimally invasive and advanced arthroscopic techniques for the treatment of sports-related shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and ankle injuries.

Dr. Nguyen is a proud native Texan who grew up locally in The Woodlands. As an avid marathon runner and outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Nguyen understands the importance of getting patients back to their active pursuits. He uses a collaborative approach to develop personalized treatment plans that help patients return to their athletic lifestyles.
